Preparation:
HOW
TO MAKE VEGETABLE BALLS:
- Combine the Cabbage , Carrots, Onions, Cornflour, All Purpose Flour, Green chili, Salt and blck papper in a bowl and mix well.
- Shape spoonfuls of the mixture into small balls.If you find it difficult to form balls, sprinkle a little water to bind the mixture.
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and keep aside.
HOW
TO MAKE SAUCE:
- Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium flame. Add the onion , garlic, ginger, green chili, and stir fry over a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the stock, soya sauce, ajinamoto, cornflour paste, sugar, red chili powder,tomato sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
- Just before serving, put the vegetable balls in the sauce and bring to a boil.
- Serve hot with Chapati or Paratha..
