Rassi Ladoo ( Til ke Ladoo)



Ingredients:
1 Sesame Seeds 4 cup
2 Water 1/2 cup
3 Jaggery 1 1/2 cup
4 Rosted Almond 1/2 cup Small pieces


Preparation:
  1. Dry roast the sesame seeds until light brown in color.

  1. Prepare syrup by boiling water and jaggery on low heat.

  1. Add Almond pieces and simmer until syrup becomes thick and sticky. Turn the heat off .Add sesame seeds and mix well.


  1. Allow the mixture to cool down .

  1. Shape into balls quickly.
