Shrimp Fry

Preparation:

  1. Marinade the shrimp with the salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & mix properly & keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan in medium flame, add some oil to fry the shrimp let of 5-6 minute ,then keep them aside in a paper towel to soak the oil.
  3. Now heat oil in a frying pan, then add little sugar to turn the slightly brown color, add ginger garlic chopped, onion , capsicum, salt, green chili & fry for 2min
  4. Then add soya souse, tomato souse, chili souse & lastly add shrimp to mix well. Let cook for 2 min more to absorb the masala properly in the shrimp.
  5. At the end mix black pepper & onion.


Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves
