Prepairation:
- Slice all the cucumbers, gajar, onions and tomatoes into a medium sized bowl.
- Add the curd, green chilli , lemon juice, coriander leaves, coconut grater and sprinkle with salt.
- Mix and serve immediately for the nice taste.
- Use some fruits for decoration (optional).
