Preparation:
- Remove skin from chicken pieces & cut slits into them lengthwise place in a shallow dish. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt, red chili, lemon juice.
- Take a bowl, add curd, zinger garlic paste ,salt, garam masala, chat masala, Turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, tandoor masala,salt & lemon juice mix until smooth.
- Spread yogurt mixture over chicken. Cover & refrigerate for 6 to 10 hours ( The longer the better )
- Preheat the oven 400 to 450 degree Fahrenheit.
- Place the chicken into a baking try & bake for 35 to 40 min. till the chicken is tender.
- Take out of the oven & allow to cool a bit before serving.
