Tandoori Chicken




Ingredients:

8 Tandoori masala 2 tablespoon
9 Black pepper 1/2 tablespoon
10 Turmeric Powder 1/2 tablespoon
11 Cumin powder 1 tablespoon
12 Oil 3 tablespoon
13 Garam masala powder 1 tablespoon
14 Coriander Powder 1 tablespoon
15 Salt to taste



Preparation:

  1. Remove skin from chicken pieces & cut slits into them lengthwise place in a shallow dish. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt, red chili, lemon juice.



  2. Take a bowl, add curd, zinger garlic paste ,salt, garam masala, chat masala, Turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, tandoor masala,salt & lemon juice mix until smooth. 



  3. Spread yogurt mixture over chicken. Cover & refrigerate for 6 to 10 hours ( The longer the better )



  4. Preheat the oven 400 to 450 degree Fahrenheit.


     
  5. Place the chicken into a baking try & bake for 35 to 40 min. till the chicken is tender.



  6. Take out of the oven & allow to cool a bit before serving.
