Preparation:
- Make a batter with salt, cornflour, red chilli powder & some water.Dip paneer pieces in the batter and fry in oil till light brown.
- Heat oil in a medium frying pan on medium high heat. Add cumin seeds,then add zinger garlic chopped & green chillies. Fry for about a minute while continuously stirring.
- Add onions, capsicum, lemon juice & fry for about 1-2 min.
- Add all the sauces ( Soya, chilli,tomato) mix well. Add the ajinamoto, black pepper & paneer mix well.
- Take the cornflour water mixture add to the pan. Stir continuously till there are no lumps. Add more water if more gravy is desired.
