Chilli Paneer Gravy

7 Corn flour 3 tablespoon
8 Cumin seeds 1/2 tablespoon
9 Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
10 Chilli souce 1 tablespoon
11 Tomato souce 1 tablespoon
12 Black pepper 1/4 tablespoon
13 Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
14 Ajinomoto Pinch
15 Sugar 1/4 tablespoon
16 Salt to taste

Preparation:
  1. Make a batter with salt, cornflour, red chilli powder & some water.Dip paneer pieces in the batter and fry in oil till light brown.



  1. Heat oil in a medium frying pan on medium high heat. Add cumin seeds,then add zinger garlic chopped & green chillies. Fry for about a minute while continuously stirring.


  1. Add onions, capsicum, lemon juice & fry for about 1-2 min.


  1. Add all the sauces ( Soya, chilli,tomato) mix well. Add the ajinamoto, black pepper & paneer mix well.


  1. Take the cornflour water mixture add to the pan. Stir continuously till there are no lumps. Add more water if more gravy is desired.


  1. Keep mixing till the paneer is evenly coated with the sauce. Remove from heat. Serve with Chapati.
