Note:
Spice powder is the combination of cloves, cinnamon, cardamom powder.

Preparation:
  1. Marinade the chicken pieces with the salt, all purpose flour, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, egg & keep aside for 1hours.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan & fry the chicken pieces till brown color
  3. Heat a pan in medium flame, add some oil, then some curry leaves, cumin seeds, ginger garlic chopped, black pepper powder, spice powder, little yogurt, pinch of food color & fry it for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
  4. Mix well & garnish with onion, coriander leaves.
