Masala Puri




Ingredients:

1 Wheat flour 100 gram
2 Gram flour 50 gram
3 Maida 50 gram
4 Sooji 1 tablespoon
5 Cumin powder 1/2 tablespoon
6 Chili Powder 1/2 tablespoon
7 Turmeric Powder 1/2 tablespoon
8 Ajwain 1/2 tablespoon
9 Salt to taste

10 Kasturimethi 1/2 tablespoon
11 Coriander leaves 1/2 tablespoon
12 Mint leaves 1/2 tablespoon
13 Oil 2 cup


Preparation:
  1. In a large bowl add the wheat flour, gram flour, maida, cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, sooji, salt to taste, coriander leaves, mint leaves, kasturi methi & oil (2 tablespoon). Make a firm dough adding water as required. Cover & keep aside for 1/ 2 hours.




  1. Divide the dough into small balls, Flatten the balls gently between your palms.Place a dot of oil on the rolling board & roll small puris from the balls.
  1.  Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying. Deep fry the puris turning until golden brown.





  1.  Remove & drain excess oil & serve hot with chole.
