Preparation:
- In a large bowl add the wheat flour, gram flour, maida, cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, sooji, salt to taste, coriander leaves, mint leaves, kasturi methi & oil (2 tablespoon). Make a firm dough adding water as required. Cover & keep aside for 1/ 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into small balls, Flatten the balls gently between your palms.Place a dot of oil on the rolling board & roll small puris from the balls.
- Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying. Deep fry the puris turning until golden brown.
- Remove & drain excess oil & serve hot with chole.
