Note:
Whole Garam masala is the combination of cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf
Preparation:
- Cut the parval at middle in both sides, so that all the pieces will be connected to each other. Refer the below image:
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the parval till its turn brown color. Keep them aside in a paper towel to soak the oil.
- Now heat oil in a frying pan, add whole garam masala , add little sugar to turn the slightly brown color , add onion , ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, tomato chopped & curd, then mix it properly (5-6 min) & cover it. Keep it in midium flame.
