Preparation:
- Cut the cauliflower in big florets.
- Make a smooth batter of maida, corn flour, green chili,black papper, chili powder and salt using water. The batter should be neither too flowy nor too thick. It should be dripping consistency.
- In a frying pan heat oil for frying. Dip the gobi florets in the batter and deep fry till golden brown. Fry in small batches. Take out on paper napkin and keep aside .
- Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium flame. Add the onion , garlic, ginger, green chili, and stir fry over a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the water, soya sauce, ajinamoto, corn flour paste, sugar, red chili powder, tomato sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
- Just before serving, put the fried gobi in the sauce and bring to a boil.
- Serve hot with roti ,fried rice or paratha.
