Preparation:
How to prepare khoya:
- Heat ghee in a non stick kadhai & add milk.
- Then add milk powder and paneer mix it well.
- Cook mixture on medium low heat stirring continuously until mixture starts leaving the sides of frying pan and becomes like smooth dough.It should take about 20 minutes.
How to prepare Peda:
- In a large bowl take khoya at sugar powder and cardmom powder.Mix it properly and Prepare soft dough.
- Divide mixture into equal sized balls. Light press it down so it looks like small patty.
- Put few pieces raisins on every peda and decorate as you want.
