Vada


Ingredients:

Preparation:
  1. Wash & soak urad dal over night, then grind to a fine paste by adding very little water.



  1. Take it into a bowl & add cumin seeds, green chilli, baking soda, onion, curry leaves & salt to mix well it. Keep aside for 5min.
  1. Make a hole in the center off the ball with the thumb just before frying.



  1. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the vadas to golden brown color. Then keep them aside in a paper towel to soak the oil.

 










Serve hot vadas with sauce
