Dahi Vada

Ingredients for Curd Mix:

Preparation:
  1. The yogurt into a serving dish and add salt ,black salt & mix it very well. Let the yogurt mix be ready before deeping the vada.
  1. Deep the vada in normal water, let it be soak till soft.



  1. Remove the vada from water, squeeze out excess water & add to the yogurt mixture, keep aside 15 min.



  1. Heat a pan in medium flame. Add some oil, mustard seeds, red chilli & curry leaves, then pour the above fried contents into the yogurt mixture . Some chilli powder & black salt on top.








Serve the dahi vada with hot Aalu Dum
