Ingredients for Curd Mix:

Preparation:
- The yogurt into a serving dish and add salt ,black salt & mix it very well. Let the yogurt mix be ready before deeping the vada.
- Deep the vada in normal water, let it be soak till soft.
- Remove the vada from water, squeeze out excess water & add to the yogurt mixture, keep aside 15 min.
- Heat a pan in medium flame. Add some oil, mustard seeds, red chilli & curry leaves, then pour the above fried contents into the yogurt mixture . Some chilli powder & black salt on top.
Serve the dahi vada with hot Aalu Dum
