Vanilla Cake


Ingredients for  Vanilla Frosting:

Ingredients for Vanilla Cake:

Vanilla Frosting Preparation:
  1. Take egg white part (don't add the yellow part) in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Add butter and sugar, mix properly.
  3. Add Vanilla extract and cream (half-and-half), mix it thoroughly.
  4. If your vanilla frosting became thin, then add all purpose flour to hold its shape.


Chocolate Frosting Preparation:
  1. Combine the chocolate chips, cream (half-and-half) and butter in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Don't heat chocolate directly. Keep the chocolate in the bowl and place the bowl on the hot water and stirring constantly, until chocolate chips melt. Add butter and mix it, then remove from heat.
  3. You can add melt chocolate directly to the Vanilla frosting, to prepare the Chocolate Frosting. Otherwise follow the below steps.
  4. Gradually add the sugar and cream (half-and-half) in the melt chocolate, stirring well.
  5. Set the saucepan in a large bowl filled with ice, and mix the cream properly until frosting begins to lose its gloss and holds its shape.



Vanilla Cake Preparation:
 
    1.   Take a bowl, add all propose flour, backing powder, baking soda,salt & it mix well.

    2.   Add sugar, oil, warm milk to the dry ingredients and mix well.
    3.   Add eggs and make a very smooth batter.

    4.   Now add vanilla essence, dry fruits and mix it well.


    5.   Grease a cake tin with oil/butter and add the batter to it.



 
  1. Initially keep empty oven at 450 degree F for the 3 minutes, then stop it. Put the cake tin with batter and start the oven at 350 degree F for the 20 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 200 degree F for the last 10 minutes.
  2. At the end, check the cake by injecting knife / niddle. It should come out cleanly, then cake is ready. Switch off the oven and keep the cake in oven for the next 5 minutes.
  3. Take it out the cake, let it be coll at room temperature.


Decoration:
  1. The cake upper layer became oval shape. Cut the upper layer of cake so that it's look like plane.

    2.   The use the vanilla and chocolate frosting to decorate the cake.


    3.   You can use the chocolate pieces and dry fruits also.
