Fruit Lassi With Wheat Flavour

13 Cashews nuts 3/2 tablespoon Chopped
14 Almond 1/2 tablespoon Chopped
15 Raisins 1 tablespoon Chopped
16 Cherry 1/2 tablespoon Chopped
17 Milk 1 cup
18 Pistachio 1/2 tablespoon


Preparation:

How to make Roasted Wheat flour :
  • In a pan heat 1 tbsp of ghee,then add wheat flour and fry on low flame till it's turn brown in color.




  1. In a blender add roasted wheat flour.fruits, yogurt, paneer, jaggery, coconut, honey, ginger, cardamom and pepper powder and mix well.
  2. Then add a cup of milk, cashew nuts, almond, cherry and raisins to it and mix properly.



  1.  Pour into a glass and sprinkle some chopped fruits, dry fruits and Serve fresh.
