Preparation:
How to make Roasted Wheat flour :
- In a pan heat 1 tbsp of ghee,then add wheat flour and fry on low flame till it's turn brown in color.

- In a blender add roasted wheat flour.fruits, yogurt, paneer, jaggery, coconut, honey, ginger, cardamom and pepper powder and mix well.
- Then add a cup of milk, cashew nuts, almond, cherry and raisins to it and mix properly.

- Pour into a glass and sprinkle some chopped fruits, dry fruits and Serve fresh.
