Note:
Whole Garam masala is the combination of cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf.
Preparation
- Add the ghee to the pressure cooker.Add crushed black and green cardamoms and whole garam masala.
- Add the rice and peas and mix well. Add cashew nut (kaju), raisins (kismis), sugar,salt, cumin powder mix all of the together.
- Add water and mix well. Cover the lid of the pressure cooker. Cook under pressure until there are 2 whistles turn off the heat.
- Open the lid of the pressure cooker. Mix the cook pulao with the ladly very lightly.
- Serve the pulao with any curry items or raita.
